The latest addition to the TY KU sake portfolio is TY KU Coconut Nigori, brewed in the headland of sake, Nara, Japan. TY KU Coconut Nigori is made from premium Junmai nigori sake (nigori is lightly filtered or “cloudy” sake) infused with all-natural coconut. TY KU Coconut Nigori is brewed with Akebono rice polished more than 30 percent, the company says, natural spring water from Mt. Katsuragi, famed #901 yeast and handmade koji. After the brewing process, TY KU Coconut Nigori is naturally infused with the flavor of all natural coconut with hints of vanilla.
