Gun Co. Sues Maker of Tommy Guns Vodka

The New York company that still makes the submachine gun once favored by Chicago's most famous gangsters is turning to the federal court that convicted Al Capone to protect its turf against a west suburban novelty vodka-maker. Saeilo Enterprises, a manufacturing company that also owns gun-maker Auto-Ordnance, which sells Tommy guns with 30-round magazines starting at about $1,300, is suing St. Charles-based Alphonse Capone Enterprises over its Tommy Guns Vodka.
