BeBevCo Forms Subsidiary in Brooklyn, NY

Bebida Beverage Co., a manufacturer and marketer of liquid relaxation and energy products, has formed a subsidiary in New York. The Statesville-based parent is working to close a lease in Brooklyn to establish an office and distribution center for the new subsidiary, Bebida Beverage Co. of New York.
