UPS, Diversapack Join Forces |

Universal Packaging Systems (UPS) in Chino, Calif., joined the Diversapack LLC family last month, according to a Diversapack company announcement. UPS founder, Julio Liberal, will continue as president and shareholder.
“This acquisition will broaden our product offerings to our core customer base, while growing that same base and enlarging our geographic footprint,” remarks Woodrow Hall and Alan Kristel of Diversapack. “This is an opportunity to vertically integrate and expand our strategic position with these same core customers.”
Diversapack is a packaging company with corporate headquarters in Atlanta, corporate offices in Commack, N.Y. and manufacturing facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio; Marengo, Ill.; Batavia, Ohio, and Orland, Ind.
Diversapack is a contract manufacturer and also a manufacturer and converter of flexible packaging films to Food & Beverage and other markets.
