The Sunny Delight Beverages Co, a producer of juice-based drinks in North America and Western Europe, on Wednesday announced that the company has signed a licensing agreement with Kraft Foods Inc. to produce and market Kraft's Crystal Light ready-to-drink bottled beverages.

The bottled beverages will be distributed through most of the company's distribution channels in the US.

Kraft Foodservice will continue to sell Crystal Light ready-to-drink beverages to their normal outlets, including college cafeterias, offices and vending machines. Kraft also will continue to manufacture and sell the powdered versions of Crystal Light.

Financial details of the licensing agreement were not disclosed.
