Sidel Offers New Customer Support Line |

Sidel Inc., recently announced a new customer support line for its North American customers, 678.221.3200.
Through this one number, customers can order spare parts or receive technical support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, reports the company.
Customers will be directly connected for technical support to a field service engineer.
"Our goal is to help our customers maximize their investment in Sidel equipment through improving their total cost of ownership," says Herve Queval, manager of Life Cycle Management at Sidel. "This telephone support will allow customers to immediately access our North American-based technical support staff in order to maximize their efficiency. Should an engineer need to be dispatched, it can be arranged through the customer support line as well."
