 This line of sweetened teas combines all natural tea and fruit flavors with healthful herbs, hence the product's name Herbal Mist. According to the company, these teas are enhanced with the South American ingredient, yerba maté, which has been said to provide many health benefits, such as antioxidants, that aid in mental clarity, enhanced immune system functions, weight control and proper digestion. In addition, the company notes, Herbal Mist teas are sweetened with natural cane sugar as opposed to high fructose corn syrup.
