ATLANTA: Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. has bought Cen-Tex Coca-Cola Bottling Co., a franchised Coca-Cola bottler based in Texas. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The company said Cen-Tex serves customers in Mexia and in Limestone and Freestone counties. Coca-Cola Enterprises sells about 80 percent of Coca-Cola Co.'s bottle and can volume in North America and is the sole licensed bottler for Coca-Cola products in Belgium, continental France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco, and the Netherlands.
