MSK's new generation of stretch hood machinery, its Tensiontech F, offers the beverage industry the possibility to use perforated and stamped film thanks to a film opening system with smooth handling, says the company. The stretched size of the film hood is adjusted to the dimensions of each individual pallet, explains the company, and various pallet formats in mixed production operations can be processed with only one film tube. Gathering of the film is regulated electronically, permitting optimum hooding during the covering procedure, even at high capacity rates, and electronic loading contour inspection systems monitor the loading dimensions to ensure maximum security during covering procedure.
