For beverage companies that want to spend less time setting up  their air conveyors, Krones AG, has developed the Plug-and-Run system for its AirCo air conveyors.

The company says the new holistic concept cuts installation, maintenance and expansion costs, and also can reduce possible sources of malfunctions.

The air conveyor segments are arranged at the client’s facility in a reduced timeframe.

They can be mounted on the wall, suspended from the ceiling, or set up on the floor with supports.

The floor-mounted configuration is designed to handle elevations of up to 4.5 meters. And optimized individual components means that complex PET bottles can be reliably handled, says the company.
