Pepsi-Cola North America is giving its consumers a wake up call with its latest innovation, Diet Pepsi Max. Sweetened with a blend of aspartame and acesulfame potassium, Diet Pepsi Max offers its consumers a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. The zero-calorie cola has ginseng and more caffeine that helps 3 p.m. yawners get out of their slump and into gear. "It's evident that Americans are tired and could use an extra kick to help get them through the day," says Russell Weiner, vp, Colas, Pepsi-Cola North America. "Diet Pepsi Max was designed to offer a great-tasting solution with a unique formula that invigorates the mind and body, preventing those ill-timed yawns from taking over."
