Food pairing isn't just about alcohol beverages. At last, there's a DRY option to enjoy with that favorite meal.
Originally intended for those looking for a non-alcohol option to pair with their food, Dry Soda, has become more than an alternative. With bubbles reminiscent of champagne, this soda is described as a delicate refreshment, relays the company, that can enhance a meal. Available in Lavender, Kumquat, Lemongrass and Rhubarb, Dry Soda "is subtle and sweet, with a clean finish and the natural aroma of the fruit or herb," says Abby Calvo, Dry Soda Co.'s director of communications. The all natural, caffeine-free soda, which is sweetened with pure cane sugar, can be paired with foods including, shellfish, duck, pork, leafy sweet greens, winter vegetables and sushi.
