 Rockwell Automation (Milwaukee, WI, USA) showcased for the first time its Brewhouse Solution, an automated production management solution that it says can enable brewers to improve the efficiency and quality of the entire brewing process. Based on a virtual brewery model, Brewhouse Solution can verify that each step in the production process is executed and repeatable, which can lead to higher yield, consistent quality and greater production flexibility. Rockwell consulted with leading brew masters and brewery experts when it was developing the solution. It’s built on Rockwell Automation Integrated Architecture technology, which allows for real-time information exchange across disparate systems in the production process.
