ImageSidel continues to build its portfolio of SBO Universal blow molding equipment by offering customers more output options, such as the SBO 26 and 30 launched in 2006, and additional applications, such as the launch of the SBO Universal HR (heat resistant) to produce hot filled and pasteurized bottles and the SBO Universal PH (preferential heating) to produce flat bottles. According to the company, the SBO Universal blow molding equipment models result in a 20-percent reduction in blow molding costs and a 23-percent gain in productivity with outputs of up to 1,800 bottles per mold, per hour. Sidel has added two new machines—the SBO Compact and the Highspeed, to its line. www.sidel.com
