Now, even the water of Iceland is available in a bottle. Icelandic Glacial made its American debut earlier this year with exclusive distribution at 150 SuperTarget stores across the country. The square PET bottle, which emulates the tip of glacier, sports four different labels affixed randomly during production enhancing shelf presence, relays Patrick Racz, Icelandic Water Holdings' COO. In addition to its award-winning bottle, what's inside is also noteworthy. Sourced from the Ölfus spring, a naturally replenished catchment zone formed during a volcanic eruption more than 4,500 years ago, the underground spring is seen as an Icelandic valuable natural resource. Who knows, it might become a valuable resource for the US too.
