Dogfish Head offers a neo-Berliner Weisse that is still tart, but less intense, and fermented with peaches--Festina Peche. Company owner Sam Calagione says, "Festina Peche proves that an extreme beer need not be extreme in alcohol." Brewed and bottled in the US, Festina Peche has 4.5 percent abv, 12 IBUs and is brewed with a 50/50 mix of pilsner malt and wheat.
