MillerCoors to Northeast Markets: Carpe PM

Carpe PM. That's what Coors Light is telling fans across seven cities in the Northeast to do over the next two months, in exchange for the chance to win unique experiences from The Night's Most Refreshing Beer. Beginning today through October 31, legal-drinking-age consumers who best show how they transition from day to night will be entered for a chance to win prizes ranging from VIP nights out to exclusive Coors Light gear.

The Coors Light Refresh Your Night promotion celebrates the high-energy nightlife enjoyed by people throughout Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany, Boston, Pittsburgh and the greater New York City and Philadelphia areas, as they get down to business when work is done.

"For legal-drinking-age adults across the Northeast, Coors Light often is part of the transition from the work day to a refreshing and energetic nightlife," says Ashly Guhring, MillerCoors field marketing director for the Northeast region. "Now we're letting fans post photos of their nights out and rewarding some lucky winners with awesome prizes that will truly transform their nights."

From now until October 31, fans can text a photo of their night out to a unique code to enter for a chance to win.

  • Every eligible photo entered receives "The Night's Most Refreshing Beer" cityscape frame and is added to a public online photo gallery at
  • Upon submitting a photo, legal-drinking-age consumers will receive a text message offering them a chance to enter the Coors Light Refresh Your Night sweepstakes and a link to the photo gallery where they can view their picture.
  • Coors Light fans can post to their social media sites directly from the gallery.
  • Prizes will vary by city and include an epic night out in a limo with nine of your closest friends, coveted concert tickets, VIP invitations to exclusive parties or customized gear from Coors Light.

The Coors Light Refresh Your Night promotion will be supported with radio, digital, geo-targeted social media, public relations and in-bar marketing. Fans also can look out for the World's Most Refreshing Can packaging on 12oz. bottles, found exclusively at bars and restaurants featuring The Night's Most Refreshing Beer phrases.
