Actor, comedian, nightclub owner Pauly Shore will attend this year’s Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show, taking place March 12-14, 2012 in Las Vegas to provide the celebrity keynote address titled “Continuing the Legacy of The Comedy Store Isn’t Always a Laughing Matter.” The address will take place on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
“We’re delighted to have Pauly join us in Vegas for this year’s show,“ said Jon Taffer, president of the Nightclub & Bar Media Group. “This won’t be a stand-up comedy routine, but a unique opportunity for Pauly to share with our audience what it was like growing up in one of the world’s most famous nightclubs and his future plans to keep the legacy going for another generation.”
“I look forward to providing a unique perspective of nightclub ownership,” said Shore. “The Comedy Store has been an important part of my entire life and I have many cool stories to share and some serious advice to give.”
During the keynote, Shore will focus on The Comedy Store, which was opened by his mother, Mitzi Shore, and the struggles of owning it for over the years and his future plans.
